대게의 리저널 센터 투자이민 프로그램이 투자원금이외에도 7~10% 내외의 adminstrative fee 를 에스크로에 예치할 것을 요구합니다. 최근 통과된 이민법에는 adminstrative fee 를 포함해서 투자금에 대한 자금 출처를 증빙할 것을 요구하고 있습니다. 해당 규정을 아래에 옮기면 다음과 같습니다.

“Source of funds (i) In general An alien investor shall demonstrate that the capital required under subparagraph (A) and any funds used to pay administrative costs and fees associated with the alien’s investment were obtained from a lawful source and through lawful means”
